When will my order arrive?

We work to process and deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Processing Time: 2–3 business days
Transit Time: 4–9 business days
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 6–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout the United States with free shipping on all orders.

What if my package hasn’t arrived?

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at support@armocoat.com with your order number and tracking details. We’ll investigate the issue and assist you with a resolution.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled before they are processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. You may still request a return in accordance with our 30-Day Return Policy.

How do I start a return or exchange?

To request a return or exchange, contact us at support@armocoat.com with your order number and reason for the request.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are processed within up to 10 days and issued to your original payment method.

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact support@armocoat.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Our team will review it and help resolve the problem.
