Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Returns requested after the 30-day period may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact Us
Email support@armocoat.com with your order number and reason for the return. Our team will provide you with the necessary return instructions.

2. Prepare Your Package
Securely package the item in its original, unused condition with all tags attached and include the required return information.

3. Ship Your Return
Send your package to the return address provided by our customer service team. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

4. Receive Your Refund
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within up to 10 days. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Important Notes

Non-Returnable Items: Items that have been worn, damaged, altered, or returned without their original tags may not qualify for a refund.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item, contact us at support@armocoat.com and we'll assist you.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll review the situation and work to resolve it.
